Phu Quoc Traditional Fish Sauce Hong Duc 1 is a six-generation family-owned brand, originating in 1890 on Phu Quoc Island. Through generations, the brand has faithfully maintained the traditional fermentation method using fresh anchovies and natural sea salt, producing rich, pure, and naturally aromatic first-press fish sauce.
Today, the sixth-generation successor, Mr. Tran Huy Quyen, born and raised in a long-established fish sauce family, continues to safeguard this heritage.
